Job description

As a Product Manager for Business Intelligence, you will own and evolve critical Business Intelligence and Analytics capabilities that help customers make informed business decisions. This individual contributor role focuses on delivering reliable, high-quality SaaS products while partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and Support. You will prioritize customer needs, improve product quality, and drive continuous enhancements in a technically complex environment. This role reports to the Director of Product Management. 

We're looking for someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity, partnering closely with Engineering, and delivering measurable improvements that increase customer confidence. The ideal candidate combines strong product execution skills with technical curiosity, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to bring clarity to complex problems. 


  • Serve as Product Owner for an Agile Scrum team, managing backlog priorities and driving execution.  

  • Balance customer issues, product enhancements, and technical investments to maximize business value.  

  • Partner closely with Engineering to understand technical constraints, prioritize work, and deliver high-quality solutions.  

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback, product metrics, support trends, and operational data to identify opportunities and improve product health.  

  • Define clear product requirements, functional expectations, and UX goals for new features and enhancements.  

  • Collaborate across Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Compliance, and Implementation to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.  

  • Monitor product quality, triage production issues, and drive improvements that increase reliability, usability, and customer confidence.  

  • Communicate product direction, priorities, and progress with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners.  


  • 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst.  

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.  

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.  

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  

  • Experience using customer insights, product metrics, and operational data to guide product decisions.  

  • Comfortable working through ambiguity and changing priorities.  

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across Engineering and cross-functional teams.  

  • Technical curiosity with the ability to understand APIs, integrations, data flows, analytics, and other technical concepts without being an engineer.  

Preferred Experience 

  • Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Reporting products.  

  • Data-intensive enterprise SaaS applications.  

  • Customer-facing B2B software or workflow-heavy platforms.  

  • Experience balancing roadmap investments with product quality and customer support priorities.  

  • Familiarity with AI-enabled products or capabilities, including automation, AI-assisted workflows, or intelligent decision support.  

  • Ability to quickly learn new business domains and technical concepts.  

  • Property management or PropTech experience is a plus.
