About the Role
Advision Development is looking for a strategic, detail-oriented SEO Innovation Content Specialist with a strong background in sports, sports betting, and iGaming to join our growing SEO innovation team. You'll play a key role in driving organic growth through smart SEO strategies, high-quality content execution, and editorial leadership across various websites and experiments we conduct.
This role combines on-page SEO acumen with content editorial skills-perfect for someone who can identify ranking opportunities, create keyword-driven content briefs, and help build topical authority in the U.S. sports betting and online casino space.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify ranking gaps and high-intent search opportunities
• Develop and execute innovative SEO content strategies for sports betting and online casino verticals
• Write, edit, and optimize content for clarity, search intent, and accuracy
• Build and manage content briefs, templates, and editorial guidelines that support SEO goals
• Collaborate with internal writers and freelance contributors to ensure content quality and consistency
• Oversee the publishing process and maintain SEO optimized practices across pages (meta tags, headers, internal linking)
• Monitor and report on keyword rankings, organic traffic performance, and user engagement
• Stay up to date with Google algorithm updates, E-E-A-T practices, and affiliate SEO trends

Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience in SEO with a strong understanding of both on-page and off-page principles
• Prior experience working in sports media, sports betting, or iGaming affiliate SEO is strongly preferred
