S&P's flagship "iLEVEL" product line seeks aseniorproduct manager to driveproductgrowth within the private markets franchiseby owning and leading the 0 to 1 launch of anewproduct line focused on transforming the private creditvaluationsprocess.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning theProduct Vision& Strategy: Definethelong-termvision foranew offering alongside the growth strategy for the product by combining a deep understanding of thevaluation'spersona base, the latest advances in AI / ML / LLM technologies, and knowledge of the FinTech ecosystem to define,design, and launcha newcommercially viableproduct.

  • Own the Product Development Lifecycle:Responsible for overseeing the flow of allproduct initiativesthrough the product development lifecycle, managing cross-functionalteamsand ensuringproduct opportunities are vetted, defined, designed, and delivered.

  • Industry &UserEngagement: Independentlyestablishandgrow relationships with your products target persona base and create user forums, working groups, and Alpha / Beta testing programs to gather feedback and iterate on new features.Attendrelevant industry conferences to help promote and market newproduct.

Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only):

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $119,000 to $174,000. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location.

In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for additional compensation such as annual incentive bonus plan.

What We're Looking For:

  • 6+ years ofexperience in B2B FinTech product management, with a deep understanding of the private capital market landscape,valuationsworkflows, and private credit asset class.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into actionable solutions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

  • Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and product management toolssuch as Aha andPendo.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functionalproductteams to achieve product goals.

  • Bachelor's degreerequired;advanced degree in business, finance, ora relatedfield preferred.CFA or CAIA preferred.
