Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily duties will include:

• Conducting both initial assessments and follow-up therapy sessions with adult clients through telehealth platforms.
• Employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to address a variety of mental health concerns.
• Documenting session details in a clear, accurate, and timely manner to meet regulatory standards and ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborating with other mental health professionals within our clinic to share best practices and enhance your therapeutic approach.
• Actively participating in continuous professional development, including training sessions and peer consultations.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A master's level degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• A minimum of two years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy to adults in a therapeutic setting.

Preferred Experience

Additional experience that would enhance your candidacy includes:

• Training or experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other recognized evidence-based treatment methods.
• Strong documentation and writing skills for accurately recording client interactions and treatment plans.
• A history of a clean professional record without any disciplinary actions by a licensing board in any jurisdiction.

Compensation and Benefits
