• Conduct thorough assessments of patients seeking treatment for substance use disorders, identifying their needs and goals to customize their recovery plans.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy.
• Lead engaging individual counseling sessions and facilitate group therapy workshops aimed at encouraging peer support and shared recovery experiences.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and addiction specialists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
• Provide crisis intervention when necessary and support patients and their families during critical moments related to substance use.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient documentation that adheres to legal and ethical standards using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development to enhance your therapeutic practice.
• Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in addiction treatment to continuously improve the quality of care provided.

This role targets individuals experiencing substance use disorders, a diverse population that may include varying ages, backgrounds, and levels of addiction severity. You will play a crucial role in their recovery journey, providing compassionate support and practical strategies to help them regain control over their lives.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California is essential.
• Proven expertise in understanding substance use disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating a non-judgmental and empathetic approach with clients.
• Ability to uphold professional boundaries, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to ethical guidelines.
• Experience working with electronic health record (EHR) systems and various digital communication tools is preferred.
• Willingness to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.

• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy in addiction treatment settings is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to provide crisis intervention and support during substance-related emergencies.
• Knowledge of community resources available for patients and families dealing with substance use disorders.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually. Additionally, we provide a sign-on bonus to welcome new talent into our organization.
