• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to create individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.
• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive care for all clients, enhancing treatment outcomes through shared expertise.
• Regularly participate in professional development workshops and training to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health practices and research.
• Build strong therapeutic alliances with clients by demonstrating empathy and understanding, and fostering trust throughout the therapeutic process.

Our clinical practice serves a diverse client base, including individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland.
• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.
• A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards related to mental health practice.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Proficiency in utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and related documentation tools.

• Experience or specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use treatment is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with diverse populations and adapt therapeutic approaches to meet individual client needs.
• Experience working as part of a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care and treatment effectiveness.

• Salary range is competitive, from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
