The role is predominantly remote, which allows counselors to provide accessible care while enjoying the benefits of a modern, collaborative virtual workspace. The outpatient office environment enhances our focus on individualized treatment plans that adapt to each client's specific challenges, enabling you to work closely with a diverse population of patients and families.

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to understand their unique backgrounds and clinical needs.
• Provide individual and family therapy sessions, ensuring treatment approaches align with the identified needs of each patient.
• Accurately complete billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms within established timelines to ensure compliance and proper service delivery.
• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans aimed at maintaining stable functioning for patients.
• Prepare thorough discharge plans, facilitating a smooth transition as patients complete their treatment.
• Maintain adherence to all current federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies to ensure high standards of care.
• Commit to continuous professional development through training and education to enhance clinical competencies.
• Engage in regular case consultations and attend agency meetings to collaborate with colleagues and improve overall service delivery.
• Complete all required licensure and mandatory training as specified by the state and organizational guidelines.

Our clientele encompasses a diverse demographic, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. By employing a holistic, strengths-based approach, you will be instrumental in empowering clients to overcome their challenges through tailored therapeutic interventions.

• Education: A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field, which qualifies for licensure in the respective state.
• Licensure: Candidates must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW-C) in the state of Maryland.

While licensure is required, candidates with prior experience in outpatient settings, familiarity with electronic health record systems, and specialized training in therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) will be highly regarded. Demonstrated skills in case management and effective communication with interdisciplinary teams will also enhance your application.

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and licensure.
