Job description

A leading community-based healthcare organization in Rutland, Vermont is seeking an experienced Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to provide remote behavioral health services to children and adults across southern-central Vermont.
Position Highlights:

  • Remote position serving patients throughout southern-central Vermont
  • Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy
  • Treat children and adults with a wide range of behavioral health conditions
  • Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and behavioral health screenings
  • Collaborate with primary care providers and multidisciplinary teams
  • Coordinate referrals and continuity of care
  • Maintain accurate EMR documentation
  • Client-centered, recovery-oriented care model
  • Supportive, collaborative team environment


Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW)
  • Active LICSW license (or ability to obtain Vermont licensure)
  • Minimum of 5 years of post-licensure clinical experience
