Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibility will involve delivering effective individual therapy sessions via secure video conferencing. Key tasks include:

• Conducting ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions, utilizing a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Creating personalized, recovery-focused treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
• Helping clients develop insights regarding their emotions, relationships, and coping strategies for daily challenges.
• Regularly monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans to ensure the most effective therapeutic outcomes.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members as needed to provide comprehensive care.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Hold a Master’s Degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Possess a current, valid state license in one of the following areas:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Master Social Worker - Clinical Specialty (MSW - Clinical)
• Psychologist (PsyD)
• Must be independently licensed to practice without supervision and have a clean disciplinary record.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and connect with clients.
• Proficiency with technology and a stable internet connection for effective remote counseling.

Preferred Experience

While the essential qualifications will make you a strong candidate, preferred attributes include:

• Prior experience in teletherapy or remote counseling settings.
• Experience in working with diverse populations and varying mental health concerns.
• Familiarity with treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Compensation and Benefits

This position comes with a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, dependent on hours worked and experience. In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including:
