As a Remote Mental Health Therapist, you will:

• Conduct impactful virtual therapy sessions using our specialized digital platform, providing a safe space for clients to discuss their mental health concerns.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs, goals, and challenges of each individual client.
• Monitor and assess client progress regularly, adjusting therapeutic approaches based on feedback and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and secure client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all relevant health regulations.
• Engage in collaborative care by working closely with fellow mental health professionals and support staff to provide comprehensive support to clients.
• Uphold ethical guidelines and standards within the field of mental health therapy, fostering a culture of trust and integrity.

You will primarily work with individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues including, but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our diverse client base may include teenagers, adults, and families, thus requiring a flexible approach to therapeutic interventions. Your understanding and sensitivity to their unique experiences will be key in fostering strong therapeutic alliances that facilitate healing and personal growth.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure in one of the following areas: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Proven experience in providing individual therapy, ideally in a virtual format.
• Strong technological proficiency, with the ability to effectively utilize telehealth platforms to provide therapeutic services.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with clients empathetically and professionally.
• The capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

While not mandatory, the following experiences are preferred:

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as CBT, DBT, or mindfulness-based therapies.
• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling settings.
• Background in working with culturally diverse populations.
• Skills in crisis intervention and understanding of emergency mental health protocols.
