Position Summary

We are seeking a Consumer Marketing Strategy Lead to lead Health100's consumer marketing strategy and execution, with accountability for driving awareness, adoption, and ongoing engagement across the platform.

This role builds on a strong executional foundation, expanding scope to include ownership of go-to-market strategy, lifecycle marketing, and performance measurement - ensuring consumer marketing efforts drive measurable business outcomes.

This individual will play a critical role in shaping how Health100 is understood and adopted by consumers, leading coordinated, insight-driven marketing initiatives across channels and touchpoints. They will serve as a cross-functional leader, aligning Product, Digital, Analytics, and Marketing teams to deliver cohesive and high-impact consumer experiences.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead consumer marketing strategy and execution
    Own the development and execution of consumer go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment across teams and consistency across all consumer touchpoints
  • Drive consumer acquisition and engagement initiatives
    Lead planning and execution of campaigns that drive awareness, onboarding, and sustained engagement across paid, owned, and earned channels, with clear performance goals
  • Define and scale lifecycle and engagement strategy
    Own the development and optimization of lifecycle marketing programs, including onboarding, activation, engagement, and re-engagement across owned channels (email, push, in-app)
  • Develop consumer-facing messaging, content, and strategic materials
    Translate Health100 capabilities into clear, compelling, and consistent messaging and content across consumer experiences and executive-level materials
  • Lead launches and consumer readiness
    Ensure consumer-facing marketing launches are strategically planned and operationally coordinated, with aligned messaging, content, and timing across teams
  • Own performance tracking and optimization
    Define KPIs and measurement frameworks, track performance, and leverage insights to inform decisions and continuously improve outcomes
  • Incorporate user and performance insights
    Leverage consumer feedback, competitive insights, and performance data to identify opportunities and refine marketing strategy

This role may behybrid, 3 days per week in one of CVS's offices in: Wellesley; MA, Woonsocket, RI; or NYC. Full-time Remote will also be considered.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Product Marketing, or growth roles, with a track record of supporting go-to-market execution and influencing consumer behavior
  • 5+ years proven ability to own and drive marketing strategy with measurable business impact
  • 5+ years' experience leading consumer acquisition, engagement, or lifecycle marketing programs across digital products, platforms, or omnichannel experiences
  • 4+ years translating complex capabilities into clear, simple, and compelling consumer messaging and content
  • 3+ years displaying a strong analytical mindset, with experience defining KPIs and leveraging data to improve marketing effectiveness and outcomes
  • 3+ years demonstrating strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and operate independently in a fast-moving matrixed environment
  • 3+ years demonstrating exceptional communication, executive storytelling, stakeholder management, and influence skills

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent (HS Diploma plus 5 years of experience) required

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$67,900.00 - $199,144.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
