This role is fully remote, offering the flexibility to support clients from the comfort of your own workspace. • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health and emotional well-being of clients, using standardized diagnostic tools.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.
• Provide a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, tailored to effectively address various mental health issues.
• Regularly monitor client progress, maintain treatment documentation, and adjust plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Offer timely crisis intervention and ongoing support for clients experiencing acute emotional distress.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to integrate treatment approaches and enhance overall client care.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training, peer supervision, and staying current with evolving mental health research.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines set by relevant licensing boards, ensuring the highest standards of professional practice.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Must hold a current state license as a Mental Health Therapist (LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, LCSW-C).
• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong capacity for empathy.
• Adept at working autonomously and as a collaborative team member.
• Comprehensive understanding of ethical guidelines governing mental health practice.
• A commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.

• At least three years of relevant experience in a mental health counseling role, providing direct clinical services.
• Experience with a wide range of therapeutic modalities and techniques to meet various client needs.
