• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments of clients' mental health needs using advanced teletherapy software, ensuring a thorough and professional approach.
• Facilitate engaging one-on-one therapy sessions through secure video conferencing platforms, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques adapted for the digital environment.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards governing telemedicine.
• Actively participate in team meetings via conference calls or video chats to discuss patient progress, share insights, and collaboratively plan next steps in treatment.
• Engage in continuous education and training focusing on best practices in teletherapy and familiarize yourself with emerging trends and techniques in virtual counseling.

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will primarily work with a diverse population of clients facing various emotional and psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Your role will involve building trust and rapport with clients who are seeking support to navigate life's complexities, often during vulnerable moments. You will tailor your therapeutic approaches to meet the individual needs of each client, promoting a personalized path toward healing and growth.

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• An active and valid state license (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT) to provide psychotherapeutic treatment in California.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in a virtual environment.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in mental health counseling, specifically working directly with individuals experiencing emotional difficulties, is preferred.
• Experience in teletherapy or familiarity with digital mental health tools and methodologies is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, along with performance-based incentives.
