• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including clinical interviews and psychological evaluations, to accurately understand clients' mental health concerns and develop informed treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
• Implement crisis intervention strategies for clients in acute distress, providing immediate support and guidance during emergencies.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client documentation, including treatment plans, therapy notes, and progress evaluations, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to optimize client care and ensure a holistic approach to treatment.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health matters, building awareness of treatment options, coping strategies, and community resources available for additional support.
• Stay engaged in ongoing professional development by attending training sessions and workshops, ensuring that your therapeutic skills remain cutting-edge and evidence-based.

You will be working primarily with adults experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your role will involve not only providing therapy to clients but also empowering them to develop resilience and practical skills for emotional regulation. Our diverse client base includes individuals from varying cultural backgrounds, allowing for enriched therapeutic relationships that celebrate diversity and foster understanding.

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the State of Texas.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field; advanced degrees are preferred.
• Two years of relevant experience in a counseling or therapeutic setting, with strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Capable of both independent work and collaboration within a team-based environment.
• A strong commitment to ethical practice and continuous learning within the field of mental health.

• Prior experience in an outpatient clinical setting is highly valued, but we are also open to candidates with strong skills and potential.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and case management is advantageous.
