• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that address their specific challenges.

• Establish measurable therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring and documenting client progress to ensure adherence to ethical standards of care.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations, sharing insights and strategies to enhance the efficacy of care provided across the clinic.

The primary client population consists of individuals facing diverse mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
