Job description

CTG is seeking an experienced Epic Integration & Interface Analyst (Epic Bridges).

Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months

Mirth Experience Required.

We are seeking a skilled Epic Integration & Interface Analyst to support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of Epic systems through interfaces, bridges, and integrations with internal and external systems. The ideal candidate must be Epic Bridges certified, have experience with Mirth, HL7 messaging, and integration tools, ensuring seamless data exchange across clinical and operational systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, test, and maintain Epic interfaces and Bridges to connect Epic with other EHRs, lab systems, imaging systems, and third-party applications.
  • Collaborate with Epic analysts, project managers, and clinical teams to gather interface requirements and ensure proper workflow alignment.
  • Develop and maintain HL7, FHIR, CCD, and other healthcare data standards interfaces.
  • Manage interface monitoring and troubleshooting, ensuring timely resolution of errors and minimizing system downtime.
  • Support the Epic implementation team during go-live by monitoring real-time data exchange and resolving interface issues.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for interfaces, workflows, and integration procedures.
  • Participate in testing and validation, including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Provide ongoing post-implementation support, including system upgrades, maintenance, and enhancements.

Background in settings that prioritize behavioral health as a core component of patient care is strongly preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $145,000 annually. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
