Key Responsibilities

• Engage in therapeutic sessions with clients, focusing on setting and achieving personalized treatment goals.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies in collaboration with clients and caregivers.
• Facilitate prevention-oriented therapy sessions aimed at enhancing clients' coping skills.
• Document all client interactions and therapy sessions accurately and promptly, ensuring compliant record-keeping.
• Collaborate with various treatment providers and community placement agencies to optimize client support and service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A valid LPC, LMFT, or LCSW license is required.

Compensation and Benefits
