Hourly Rate:
Starting at $45

This is a full-time, remote position that pays hourly. Your working hours will be arranged according to client needs and your availability. A minimum of five weekdays is required, with at least two time slots available (8am-12pm, 12pm-3pm, or 3pm-7pm). You will collaborate with Regional Clinical Directors and/or the Senior Managing Director for the assignment of your caseload.

Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline
  • Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • State licensure as a behavior analyst (if required in your state)
  • At least 2 years of experience delivering ABA therapy to individuals with autism
  • Familiarity with various assessment tools and ABA methodologies
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
