As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer queries and complaints with a high level of professionalism. This role involves assisting customers with inbound product orders and other interactions while maintaining positive performance standards.
Responsibilities:
Manage customer questions about products, business plans, and promotions in a professional manner.
Process orders, create new accounts, and handle returns.
Upsell products, promotions, and services.
Resolve and de-escalate issues to provide an outstanding customer experience.
Document customer interactions for auditing purposes.
Complete daily training and stay up-to-date on promotions
Working hours: 12:30 PM - 5:30 PM
Skills:
Have basic knowledge of Direct Sales.
Be proficient in Microsoft Office and have typing skills of 30+ wpm.

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Must be bilingual in English/Spanish with advanced proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing Spanish.
