• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, identifying key concerns and therapeutic goals.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans that align with clients' aspirations and clinical needs.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions to adult clients utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused approaches, ensuring relevance to their unique circumstances.
• Deliver virtual therapy sessions through our telehealth platform, promoting accessibility for clients who prefer remote formats.
• Respond to crisis situations with appropriate interventions, ensuring the safety and stability of clients in need.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training programs, staying informed about the latest trends and best practices in mental health care.

In this role, you will work primarily with adult clients facing a diverse array of mental health challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and trauma-related conditions. Your ability to engage with various backgrounds and circumstances will be essential in building trust and fostering meaningful therapeutic relationships. We encourage therapists to employ diverse therapeutic modalities to tailor treatment according to each client’s needs.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor - Mental Health Service Provider (LPC/MHSP), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate effective client engagement and rapport-building.
• A compassionate and empathetic approach, with a non-judgmental attitude towards client experiences and backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients efficiently while maintaining a personalized approach.
• No previous disciplinary actions on record with licensing boards.

While a minimum of 2 years of direct counseling experience is required, candidates with higher levels of experience in providing mental health services, particularly through virtual platforms, will be prioritized. Previous work in diverse therapeutic settings or specialized populations will be an advantage.

• An annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000, depending on your caseload and experience.
