As a Remote Customer Service Representative (Benefits Advisor), you'll connect with clients who have requested information regarding their benefits and coverage options.Client Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and scheduled phone appointments
• Answer questions regarding available benefits and supplemental coverage options
• Explain products and services clearly, professionally, and accurately
• Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and policy updates
• Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up communication
• Build strong, long-term client relationships
• Maintain accurate electronic client records and documentation
• Help working families understand the financial protection benefits available to them
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every client interaction
