Job description

The Office Coordinator (Remote) plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office environment. This position involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating communication, and supporting both staff and vendors to maintain a productive workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Manage scheduling and calendar coordination for staff and meetings
  • Handle reception duties including greeting visitors and answering calls
  • Maintain organized file management and record keeping systems
  • Coordinate communications internally and with external vendors
  • Perform data entry and update relevant databases accurately
  • Oversee inventory management and office supply ordering
  • Assist with meeting support and travel arrangements
  • Distribute mail and manage incoming/outgoing correspondence

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in office administration
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong calendar management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
