Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand each client's needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific circumstances.
- Facilitate both individual and group counseling sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help clients manage their mental health challenges effectively.
- Engage in ongoing monitoring of client progress, utilizing appropriate charting and documentation practices to ensure insightful updates are available during therapy sessions.
- Assist clients in identifying and replacing harmful behaviors, particularly those related to addiction and mental health issues, through structured support and motivational interviewing.
- Collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary treatment team, including clinical and program directors, to provide integrated care that meets the varied needs of each client's journey.

Qualifications- A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.
- A valid and unrestricted social work license per state regulations (LPC, LMFT, or LICSW).
- No history of medical malpractice claims, as verified by a third party.
- Authorization to work in the United States and fluency in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and effective communication with clients and team members in high-pressure situations.
- Good physical and mental health to support the demands of the role.
- Prior experience in outpatient treatment or community mental health settings is preferred.
