Position: Oracle EBS HRMS – OTL Developer (Oracle Time & Labor)

Location: Remote

Duration: Long term contract

Note: Looking for Permanent / Visa Independent Consultants

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS – OTL (Oracle Time & Labor) Developer with strong technical expertise in Oracle HRMS and OTL modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for development, customization, enhancements, and technical support related to Oracle Time & Labor and its integration with Payroll and Core HR modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and support customizations in Oracle EBS HRMS and OTL modules
  • Develop and modify OTL Fast Formulas, APIs, and custom PL/SQL packages
  • Configure and enhance Timecard layouts, approval workflows, and AME rules
  • Develop custom reports using Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, and XML Publisher
  • Create interfaces for inbound and outbound data integrations
  • Support payroll integration and time data validation processes
  • Perform data fixes and backend troubleshooting using SQL/PLSQL
  • Participate in system upgrades, patches, and regression testing
  • Provide technical documentation and support for deployments
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders

Required Skills:

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HRMS
  • Strong experience in Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) development
  • Expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and BI Publisher
  • Experience with OTL Fast Formulas and AME configurations
  • Knowledge of Payroll and Core HR integrations
  • Strong SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting
  • Experience with Oracle APIs and interface development

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience supporting large enterprise implementations
