• Conduct thorough assessments and collaboratively develop treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, utilizing evidence-based screening tools.
• Draft and maintain critical documentation within regulatory and compliance standards, ensuring that all records are completed promptly.
• Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans, enhancing client progress and well-being.
• Engage in crisis intervention as needed, developing pre-crisis and crisis plans that provide essential guidelines for addressing client emergencies.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Wellmore, you will work with a diverse range of clients who come from various backgrounds and present unique emotional and psychological needs. • A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Completion of a full-time clinical internship in a relevant mental health setting is essential.
• Candidate must be license eligible in the State of Washington.
• A valid driver’s license in good standing is necessary for any client-related travel.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with the aptitude to build trust and rapport quickly are crucial.
• Demonstrated ability to listen effectively and provide empathetic guidance while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage client caseloads effectively.

• Prior experience in an outpatient mental health or community-based setting is highly preferred.
