• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of clients, including pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation according to regulatory standards, including treatment notes and progress reports.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to identify client needs and develop appropriate interventions in partnership with the clinical team.
• Collaborate transparently with colleagues to design and implement positive behavior support plans that enhance client outcomes.
• Participate actively in all licensing and accreditation processes, keeping up-to-date with best practices in mental health counseling.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Completion of a full-time clinical internship in a recognized mental health setting.

• A valid driver’s license in good standing is essential for occasional client visits, if necessary.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport swiftly.
