Summary
We are seeking a Systems Engineer - Infrastructure to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of core enterprise infrastructure. - Administer and support enterprise infrastructure platforms including Microsoft SCCM and Windows endpoint environments.
- Manage software deployments, patching, update compliance, and operating system deployment (OSD) across enterprise devices.
- Build and maintain Windows OS images for workstation deployments.
- Develop PowerShell scripts to automate processes, reporting, and system remediation.
- Package and deploy enterprise applications using MSI, EXE, and scripted installations.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
- Perform routine infrastructure maintenance including patching, upgrades, and system updates.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support to IS teams and end users.
- Assist with system implementations, infrastructure upgrades, and project deployments.
- Participate in problem resolution and root cause analysis to improve system reliability.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to support infrastructure initiatives.
