Job Description Title: Senior Solutions Engineer Resume Due Date: Wednesday, March 25, 2026 (5:00PM EST) Number of Vacancies: 1 Level: MP5, $90 - $100/hr INC Duration: 16 Months Hours of work: 35 HOURS Location: CHQ - 1908 Colonel Sam Drive, Oshawa (hybrid - 3 days remote) Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Solutions Engineer with deep expertise in Power Platform (especially Power Apps and the Center of Excellence), CoPilot, SharePoint Online and custom application development. This role will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-grade solutions that enhance collaboration, productivity, and digital transformation across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Platform CoE best practices.

CoPilot and Agentic Development and support Develop best practices across our M365 ecosystem Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions using M365 services. Develop custom applications and integrations leveraging Microsoft Graph, Azure Functions, and other modern development frameworks. Establish governance, security, and lifecycle management for Power Platform assets.

Drive adoption and enablement of M365 tools through training, documentation, and support. Monitor and optimize performance, reliability, and security of M365 services. Stay current with Microsoft roadmap updates and proactively recommend improvements.

Qualifications Required Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 technologies. Proven expertise in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Power Platform CoE. Strong experience with Exchange Online administration and migration.

Deep knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture, site design, and content management. Familiarity with OneDrive for Business deployment and support. Proficiency in application development using Microsoft Graph API, Azure Logic Apps, and related technologies.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft certifications such as PL-600, MS-203, or MS-700. Experience with Azure AD, Intune, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
