We are seeking a Senior Technology Leadership Professional to drive the strategic adoption and expansion of a Cloud HR Data Platform, with integrated responsibilities for Anaplan Workforce Planning. The role will advance the organization's HR data capabilities by leveraging cloud technologies, overseeing HR planning and analytics through Anaplan, and championing agile delivery practices.

The Senior Technology Leadership Professional works with design engineering and test team to drive products from design completion to volume production release. Performs various engineering tests to verify and validate product designs. Supports product evaluation and qualification on leading edge technology components. Ensures that production schedules are followed and product(s) meet specifications and quality requirements. Interacts with product engineering, quality, manufacturing and marketing teams to analyze and provide technical support to help resolve customers' product related problems/issues. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation, integration, and expansion of the Cloud HR Data Platform.
  • Serve as a key stakeholder in the rollout of Anaplan for Workforce Planning, ensuring end-to-end understanding of its functionality, adoption, and business impact.
  • Support cross-functional teams in leveraging Anaplan for HR planning, analytics, and modeling, and advocate for best practices.
  • Oversee data architecture, integration, and transformation processes for HR data from systems including Workday.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and secure data flow across platforms.
  • Establish best practices for data warehousing, data lakes, and cloud-based HR data solutions.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to technical teams in platform adoption, enhancement, and innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring of HR data platforms.
  • Champion agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban, and utilize tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog management, sprint planning, and tracking delivery.
  • Foster a collaborative, transparent, and iterative environment for technology delivery and HR data innovation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or 8 years of equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Databricks.
  • 3+ years of experience with data warehousing, data lakes, and large-scale data integration.
  • Proven expertise in Workday data extraction, transformation, and integration.
  • Demonstrated experience leading agile teams and managing delivery using agile tools.
  • Leadership in technology adoption and platform expansion within HR data environments.
  • Familiarity with agile management practices and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira).
  • Familiarity with cloud security, compliance, and governance.
  • Excellent reporting and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HR data platforms and associated business processes.
  • Advanced knowledge of cloud architecture (Azure, AWS, or similar).
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Practical experience with Anaplan, including implementation and support for HR analytics and workforce planning.

Work-At-Home Requirements

  • WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.
  • A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.
  • Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


$106,900 - $147,000 per year


This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
