We are searching for the best talent for a Director, Global Commercial CRM Integration. This role is remotely based in the continental USA.

Purpose: At Johnson & Johnson, we're redefining how our commercial teams connect with customers around the world. We're seeking a multifaceted leader to build and deliver the strategy that ties our CRM, ERP, master data, customer data, analytics, and AI platforms into one connected ecosystem.

In this role, you'll lead global teams and partners, set the standards and operating model, and build integrations that are secure, scalable, and aligned to the business. You'll work across product, architecture, data, security, and engineering to turn a sophisticated technical landscape into capabilities that move the business forward.

You will be responsible for:

  • Lead the integration strategy for our global commercial CRM transformation and enable new AI platforms.
  • Lead global engineering teams and partners to deliver secure, scalable, and reusable integration capabilities.
  • Set the standards, governance, architecture patterns, and delivery practices the ecosystem runs on.
  • Partner multi-functionally to deliver CRM solutions the business can rely on.
  • Modernize legacy platforms and advance API-first, event-driven, real-time, and cloud-native approaches.
  • Run vendors, dependencies, risks, and investments across global programs - and grow the talent and culture behind them.

A pre-identified candidate has been identified for the role. However all applications will be considered.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years in enterprise integration, data engineering, application architecture, or a related field, with 8+ years leading technical teams and leaders.
  • Experience guiding global transformation programs across multiple technologies, vendors, and regions.
  • Depth in integration architecture, API management, event-driven design, and cloud-native patterns.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and modern engineering practices like DevOps, CI/CD, and observability.
  • A track record of connecting technology investments to real business outcomes.
  • Good communication and partnership skills, and comfort leading through ambiguity and change.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field; master's preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, medical devices, or another regulated industry.
  • CRM modernization experience with platforms like Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, SAP, or Veeva.
  • Experience building integration centers of excellence and reusable frameworks.
  • Familiarity with customer and product master data, consent, and customer engagement domains.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$150,000.00 - $258,750.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation -120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado -48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington -56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays -13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave - 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave - 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave - 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
