About the role The Microsoft+ Services Alliances team is responsible for building, maintaining, and managing deeply rooted and trusted partner relationships and optimal solutions co-sell with partners such as Databricks, and open-source solutions - i.e

GitHub, Hashi, and Redis. We are looking for a partner business development manager with Databrick and open-source solution knowledge around sales organization, understanding of solution, ecosystem, and experience with partner lead generation. In this role, you will work directly with Insight's services and solution teams to ensure our brand is favorably showcased across Databricks, and open-source solution areas and sales segments.

We work in coordination with all facets of our company including sales, delivery, national practice, legal and finance teams. Our partners (Databricks, GitHub, Hashi, Redis) and internal teammates rely on our services cosell team to employ strategies and tactics that help grow our cloud and services business. This role will align to the US and will require collaboration with solution area teams within Microsoft, such as Azure Apps and Infrastructure, Azure Data and AI, and Security.

The role will also require alignment to both Enterprise and SMCC customer segments and Industry. Responsibilities: Execute formal co-sell programs with Databricks and open-source solution partners. Represent your assigned Solution Area(s) and Sales Segment(s) on behalf of the Insight's Co-sell team, to drive business development efforts through the partner channel yielding new business into our sales funnel.

Communicate and network effectively within the partner's (Databricks and open-source solution partners) organization, whether it's the business units, Account Teams, Solution Teams or Executive Leadership. Evangelize Insight to partners and communicate how Insight's solutions align. Work closely with Insight's sales teammates to facilitate a positive and favorable partner relationship rhythm across the US, serving as primary executor on strategic and tactical duties.

Assist with Account Planning, incentive programs, and propensity alignment. Industry background/alignment - present and advocate Insight solution services. Perform status reviews, pipeline activity, wins to partners and provide internal reports to stakeholders.

Serve as point person for partner events and initiatives. Be comfortable presenting in front audiences of all sizes selling Insight's capabilities and market differentiators. Build strong and healthy relationships with all members of Insight's and partner teams to support rhythm, consistent messaging and top of mind presence with the partner community.

Work with Insight's assigned channel partner reps to ensure partner impact is properly measured in geo. Maintain partner portals by proactively entering/sharing pipelines Elevate Insight as Databricks, GitHub, Hashi and/or Redis #1 partner. Travel up to 25% Qualifications 5+ years in partner ecosystem, preferably with experience working with Microsoft, Databricks, GitHub, Hashi or Redis.

Understanding of Microsoft cloud solutions including Databricks, GitHub, Hashi or Redis. Prior working relationships with Microsoft, Databricks, GitHub, Hashi or Redis. .

Experience working for or with Microsoft managed services providers (MSPs) or systems integrator (SI) services partners. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft's or Databricks partner, sales and specialist team organizational structures. Ability to identify actionable insights from ambiguous and sometimes limited information.

Excellent presentation and meeting organization skills - must be able to present to groups Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced multi-faceted environment. Must be a self-starter with the ability to structure days and activities on your own. Experience leading successful direct partner and client communications.

Must be organized, detail oriented, flexible, and able to prioritize multiple projects with short deadlines with minimal supervision.
