• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and challenges.
• Design and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each client's goals using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions through secure teletherapy platforms, ensuring accessibility for clients who have transportation or mobility concerns.
• Set therapeutic goals and diligently monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Document client interactions comprehensively to uphold ethical standards and aid in treatment evaluation.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including participating in workshops or continuing education opportunities.

Your clients may range from adolescents to adults dealing with various mental health issues. You will primarily support those experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your empathetic approach will foster a trusting therapist-client relationship, allowing clients to feel safe as they explore their feelings and experiences.

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Excellent communication skills, showing a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
• A deep sense of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to client care.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to balance caseload effectively.

Experience working with diverse populations and with teletherapy platforms is advantageous. Additionally, proficiency in trauma-informed care and familiarity with evidence-based practices will greatly enhance your effectiveness in this role.

We offer competitive compensation within the range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload. Alongside a strong salary, our benefits include:
