SENIOR AWS ANALYTICS, DASHBOARD AND USER-EXPERIENCE ENGINEER - Remote

Axyde Analytics

Midlothian, VA • On-site, Remote

$99K - $135K/yr

Full-time

Posted 11 days ago

Job description

Axyde Analytics seeks a senior AWS analytics engineer to design and implement secure dashboards, visualizations, search tools, data-entry experiences, approval workflows, and operational interfaces for a federal enterprise platform.
Responsibilities
  • Configure Amazon QuickSight/Quick Suite Enterprise capabilities, including datasets, SPICE, calculations, filters, parameters, selectors, dashboards, and embedded analytics where approved.
  • Develop role-sensitive program, facility, functional-area, and management dashboards.
  • Implement row-level and column-level permissions consistent with Government-defined need-to-know rules.
  • Design operational interfaces for data entry, review, approval, submission, issue tracking, corrective actions, assessments, and reporting.
  • Identify where dashboard functionality ends and an additional approved managed-service interaction layer is required.
  • Design reusable interface patterns supporting hundreds of dashboards, forms, summary pages, and operational tools.
  • Implement accessible, responsive, testable, and maintainable user experiences.
  • Support user acceptance testing, training, demonstrations, documentation, and iterative enhancement.
  • Collaborate with data, AI, security, and program-management leads.

Required Experience
  • Five or more years building enterprise analytics and visualization solutions.
  • Advanced Amazon QuickSight/Quick Suite experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with row-level security, column-level controls, embedded analytics, dashboard performance, and large user populations.
  • Experience implementing data-entry forms, review/approval workflows, or operational interfaces using authorized managed services.
  • Ability to distinguish demonstration capabilities from production-scale requirements and document all limitations.
  • Federal or regulated-environment experience preferred.

Architecture Constraint
QuickSight alone must not be represented as satisfying requirements for transactional forms or complex workflow management unless technically validated. Any additional interaction layer must be approved and incorporated into Axyde's security and architecture baseline before use.
Engagement
U.S. citizenship required. Remote within the United States with occasional travel. Immediate proposal support may be available; long-term work is contingent upon award.
