This is not a hands on developer role. This person will actually be overseeing the entire project, setting things up, working with MongoDB Professional Services. Need a true LEAD/EXPERT!

Looking for a MOngoDB EXPERT

Lead MAJOR Migration from Marklogic to MongoDB

Large Database Migration experience in NOSQL environment is a must (MongoDB EXPERT and Migration are the 2 main things)

Must know all the technical details of MongoDB inside and out.

Marklogic Experience - Nice to Have

MongoDB Experience - MUST. Need to know how to configure it and make it efficient

Experience with Front End applications that can read Mongo DB - NICE TO HAVE

Experience with Microservices in AWS to MongoDB - MUST HAVE

AWS GLUE, AWS Data Sync - MUST HAVE

AI Experience - NICE TO HAVE

Pyspark, Javascript, Springboot - MUST HAVE

MongoDB Atlas - MUST HAVE

Technical Skills:

MongoDB Expertise:

Data Modeling and Schema Design: Understanding MongoDB's flexible schema model and how to design appropriate document structures (embedded and normalized models) for optimal performance and scalability. Knowledge of healthcare data (members, providers, and claims) is most desired

Querying and Aggregation: Proficiency in MongoDB Query Language (MQL) and the Aggregation Framework for efficient data retrieval and transformation.

Indexing: Knowledge of different index types and how to optimize indexes for improved query performance.

Replication and Sharding: Understanding of MongoDB's high availability and scalability features, including replica sets and sharding.

Mark Logic: Good understanding of Mark Logic database and Xquery language is desirable

Kafka: Strong understanding of Kafka Design patterns is nice to have
