Data Scientist - AI Pilots Remote (Occasional travel to Rosslyn, VA) local to VA only Contract Need Linkedin of 2 Active referrences Python, AI/ML (NLP/LLMs), data pipelines, REST API integration, Microsoft Power Automate, Azure/AWS GovCloud, MLOps, and experience in secure government/healthcare environments. We are seeking a highly motivated Data Scientist to lead innovative AI pilot initiatives for defense and healthcare clients. This role focuses on designing and deploying AI-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency, automate workflows, and enable data-driven decision-making in secure and regulated environments. Responsibilities
  • AI/ML Development: Design, build, and deploy machine learning models and AI prototypes for mission-critical use cases such as workflow automation, document processing, and decision support.
  • Data Engineering: Develop Python-based data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and modeling across multiple data sources and APIs.
  • Workflow Automation: Implement automation solutions using tools like Microsoft Power Automate to streamline business processes.
  • Data Preparation: Clean, structure, and analyze complex datasets to support accurate model training and insights.
