Job description

Job Summary:
Syntricate Technologies is seeking an AWS DBA/Oracle DBA for a remote position. The role involves leveraging scripting skills and in-depth AWS cloud experience to troubleshoot incidents and manage databases using cloud-native services.
Responsibilities:
• They are looking more scripting experience, more in-depth experience with the AWS cloud and more experience in troubleshooting incidents and issues.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Three or more years of experience as a Database Administrator, building and running database using cloud native services
• Strong knowledge of DBMS such as Oracle and Postgres
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and optimizing database performance
Preferred:
• Automation focus with Ansible or strong Bash/Shell
• Experience with the standard Oracle stack with things like Dataguard, golden gate, RMAN, etc
• More scripting experience
• More in-depth experience with the AWS cloud
• More experience in troubleshooting incidents and issues
