Job description

Role Overview:

The Marketing Intern - Digital, Campaign & ABM Focus will support the Marketing team in executing integrated campaigns, managing digital channels, and strengthening customer communications across the organization. This role focuses on delivering clear, consistent, and customer-centric messaging that supports brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement across key markets.

This intern is an integral part of the marketing team, executing against defined marketing strategies while contributing to how campaigns are developed and delivered. The role works closely with Marketing, Strategic Marketing, and Sales to support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives and coordinated go-to-market efforts.

This is a hands-on role designed for someone interested in modern B2B marketing, marketing technology, and how strategy translates into execution.


Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Content Development:

  • Draft, edit, and schedule social media content (LinkedIn, X) for products, campaigns, and events
  • Assist with campaign messaging, including post variations and supporting visuals
  • Create and adapt graphics using Adobe, Adobe Express, Canva, or similar tools
  • Help maintain internal content libraries (templates, imagery, campaign assets)
  • Ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and customer-focused

HubSpot & Marketing Operations:

  • Build and test marketing emails (event promotions, product campaigns, customer communications)
  • Execute workflows and nurture sequences aligned with campaign strategy
  • Support reporting and dashboards to track campaign performance and KPIs
  • Maintain data quality, segmentation, and list management
  • Execute marketing activities in alignment with broader campaign and ABM strategies

Digital Marketing & Website Support:

  • Assist with website updates (WordPress/Elementor), landing pages, and CTAs
  • Support SEO efforts including metadata and content alignment
  • Monitor and report on performance across email, web, and social
  • Identify opportunities to improve digital experience and engagement

Market Research, Strategy & ABM Support:

  • Partner with Strategic Marketing to support development of integrated marketing plans aligned to business priorities
  • Assist in building and supporting account-based marketing (ABM) strategies tied to strategic initiatives
  • Work with Sales to develop targeted ABM campaigns, messaging, and tactics for priority accounts
  • Research aviation, avionics, and emerging markets (e.g., eVTOL/UAM)
  • Track competitor positioning, messaging, and campaign activity
  • Synthesize insights into clear, actionable recommendations that support campaign execution

Customer Communications:

  • Draft and edit customer-facing emails, announcements, and campaign messaging
  • Ensure communications are accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand voice
  • Support coordination of messaging across marketing, sales, and service teams

Trade Shows & Event Marketing:

  • Support pre-event promotion (email campaigns, social media)
  • Assist with preparation of marketing materials (graphics, banners, collateral)
  • Support post-event follow-up campaigns and reporting
  • Contribute to event coordination (remote support only; no travel required)


Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Strong written communication skills with attention to clarity, tone, and structure
  • Demonstrated eye for design and visual consistency
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Express, Canva, or similar tools
  • Interest in digital marketing, campaigns, and marketing technology (MarTech)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Ability to execute tasks independently while collaborating across a remote team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms
  • Experience creating social media graphics and campaign assets
  • Exposure to ABM concepts or interest in targeted B2B marketing strategies
  • Experience with WordPress, SEO basics, or analytics tools
  • Interest in aviation, aerospace, or emerging air mobility markets

Work Environment

This is a remote position. Work is performed in a home office environment with a moderate noise level. No travel is required.
