Job description

Axyde Analytics is assembling a proposal team for USTDA solicitation 1131PL26R0063, South and Southeast Asia Aviation Infrastructure Project Scoping Mission. This contingent, intermittent role leads the aviation safety, security and emergency-readiness work package.
WBS responsibilities
• Assess airport SMS, certification, audit findings, security screening, ARFF and emergency-response systems.
• Map regulatory gaps, sensitive-data needs, mitigation actions, exercises, training and recurrent-compliance tasks.
• Integrate safety and security requirements with terminal, airside, CNS/ATM, digital and operating concepts.
• Define compliance pathways, responsibility matrices, acceptance criteria and readiness evidence.
• Support stakeholder interviews, site observations, project reports and TOR development.
Required evidence
• 10+ years of aviation safety, airport security, SMS, airport certification, ARFF or emergency planning.
• Demonstrated ICAO and/or FAA regulatory, audit, risk-assessment or certification work.
• Evidence of gap assessments, safety cases, compliance plans, exercises, SOPs, training or decision reports.
• Ability to handle proprietary and security-sensitive information appropriately.
Preferred evidence
• International airport regulatory work, TSA/security systems, passenger processing, UAS/counter-UAS or Asia experience.
Engagement
Remote and intermittent over a potential four-year contract period, subject to award and individual assignment authorization. Limited international travel may be requested for applicable assignments and will be confirmed separately. U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residence is required for proposal eligibility. Selection, award, hours and travel are contingent.
