Job description

Contingent USTDA opportunity - South and Southeast Asia Aviation Infrastructure Project Scoping Mission (1131PL26R0063).
Role: Aviation Safety, Security, SMS and ARFF Specialist
Accountability: Integrate safety case, certification, security, emergency response and training requirements.
Required evidence: 10+ years aviation safety/security; ICAO/FAA SMS or airport certification; audit evidence.
Preferred: ARFF; international regulatory work.
  • Four-year period of performance; intermittent, assignment-based work.
  • Remote work with possible travel in South and Southeast Asia.
  • U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident required for proposal eligibility.
  • Submit a current resume limited to three pages and identify 2-3 directly relevant projects.
  • Confirm availability, travel restrictions, organizational conflicts, citizenship/LPR category, and rate/conditions.
