Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand each client's unique mental health needs. Utilize evidence-based practices and solution-focused approaches to craft personalized treatment plans aimed at promoting sustained mental wellness.
  • Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other proven methodologies. Your compassionate guidance will help clients develop coping strategies and foster resilience.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, ensuring the delivery of ethical and professional services.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary treatment team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to deliver integrated, client-centered care. Participate in regular meetings to share insights and improve treatment methodologies.
  • Engage in continuous professional development through case consultations, peer reviews, and staying abreast of the latest mental health research to enhance the quality of care provided.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them with the knowledge needed to navigate their journeys effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
  • An active license to practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York State is essential.
  • A proven track record in implementing solution-focused psychotherapy techniques to address varied patient needs, showcasing your adaptability in therapeutic methods.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers an annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
