Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of clients, fostering positive, professional relationships while adhering to ethical guidelines and boundaries.

  • Develop and implement individualized, person-centered treatment plans, monitoring their effectiveness and making adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, to support clinical decision-making.
  • Perform thorough intake assessments to gather comprehensive information that will inform treatment planning.
  • Engage in weekly individual therapy sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based approaches to facilitate healing.
  • Participate in regular individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, to deliver integrated care.
  • Adopt a growth mindset, demonstrating commitment to ongoing learning and adaptation in therapeutic practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
