Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of clients, fostering positive, professional relationships while adhering to ethical guidelines and boundaries.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, stability, and readiness for discharge when appropriate, ensuring tailored care.
• Develop and implement individualized, person-centered treatment plans, monitoring their effectiveness and making adjustments as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, to support clinical decision-making.
• Perform thorough intake assessments to gather comprehensive information that will inform treatment planning.
• Engage in weekly individual therapy sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based approaches to facilitate healing.
• Participate in regular individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and professional growth.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, to deliver integrated care.
• Adopt a growth mindset, demonstrating commitment to ongoing learning and adaptation in therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our caseload encompasses a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. You will be instrumental in developing personalized approaches that cater to each client’s needs, ensuring they receive the support required for their journey toward improved mental health. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• Proficient in using technology, including RMS systems, Excel spreadsheets, and email platforms such as Outlook.
• Demonstrated experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and groups.

• Comfort in utilizing telehealth platforms to provide remote counseling services.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Previous experience working within a collaborative healthcare environment.

Compensation and Benefits

At Calm Harbor Mental Health P.C., we offer a salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications. We operate on a fee-for-service model, providing guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections, ensuring financial stability with no waiting period for reimbursement. Our benefits package includes:
