This position is entirely remote with a focus on telehealth delivery. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns while formulating tailored treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions through individual therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Establish collaborative therapeutic goals with clients, regularly monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide teletherapy options, ensuring accessibility for clients who prefer virtual sessions or have mobility challenges.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards, which includes detailed session notes and treatment updates.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities such as workshops and training sessions to refine clinical skills and stay abreast of the latest practices in mental health therapy.

Our clients range from adolescents to adults, facing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a mental health counselor, your role is crucial in helping them navigate these challenges through personalized care and support, fostering an environment of healing and growth.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for building a trusting therapeutic alliance with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients' experiences and struggles.

• Prior experience in a teletherapy setting is highly desirable, as well as familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital documentation systems.
• A background in working with diverse populations, including underserved communities and various cultural backgrounds.

• Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
