• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to gain insights into each client's unique challenges.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients that address their specific mental health needs, goals, and cultural values.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions in various formats, including one-on-one sessions, couples therapy, family counseling, and group therapy.
• Provide crisis intervention services and work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective continuity of care during acute distress episodes.
• Maintain comprehensive, accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries in compliance with industry regulations and clinic policies.
• Empower clients and their families with psychoeducation, equipping them with practical knowledge and coping skills to manage mental health conditions successfully.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to create a comprehensive support system for clients.
• Regularly assess treatment outcomes to measure effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to client care plans.
• Stay current with the latest research, best practices, and emerging trends in mental health, integrating valuable insights into your clinical practice.
• Uphold ethical standards and maintain the confidentiality of patient information at all times, ensuring trust and safety within the therapeutic relationship.

Your work will primarily focus on clients facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional difficulties. By providing a safe and compassionate space, you will help guide them through their challenges, promoting healing and resilience.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia.
• Ability to work autonomously while also effectively collaborating in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health counseling role.
• Exposure to telehealth service delivery models and experience using digital therapy platforms.
• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, specifically CBT, DBT, and solution-focused approaches.

• The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $84,000, commensurate with experience and education.
