OEC partners with many of the world's largest manufacturers, dealers and suppliers, shops and repairers, and service providers, giving our customers access to a comprehensive network and a streamlined workflow.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Billing Analyst to manage and optimize billing operations across the organization. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end billing processes, serve as a key resource for billing-related inquiries, and collaborate across teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient billing practices.
You'll play an important role in supporting revenue operations, analyzing billing trends, and helping improve processes that impact both our customers and the business. This position also provides guidance and mentorship to junior team members while partnering closely with Finance, Product, Sales, and Customer teams.
What You'll Do
Billing Operations
  • Manage end-to-end billing processes for subscriptions, commissions, logistics, rebates, and conversions across multiple customer segments including dealers, suppliers, and multi-store operators.
  • Ensure billing activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support manufacturer billing activities related to subscriptions, rebates, and conversions.

Customer & Internal Support
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for billing inquiries from both customers and internal teams.
  • Investigate billing issues and partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Customer Support to resolve concerns in a timely manner.
  • Respond to invoice and statement requests and ensure billing information is accurate and up to date.
  • Escalate complex billing issues to leadership when appropriate.

Analysis & Process Improvement
  • Analyze billing data and trends to support pricing decisions, product initiatives, and revenue insights.
  • Partner with Product and internal stakeholders on billing initiatives that impact customers and company revenue.
  • Identify opportunities to improve billing processes, accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Compliance & Financial Operations
  • Ensure billing operations align with internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Support operational and compliance audits as needed.
  • Assist the Accounts Receivable team with collections support and customer account maintenance when billing issues impact payments.

Team Support & Mentorship
  • Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to new hires and junior team members.
  • Share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement across the billing function.

What You Bring
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Equivalent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

Experience
  • 6+ years of billing or revenue operations experience
  • Experience managing complex billing processes across multiple customer types

Skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and billing/reporting system experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to analyze billing patterns and translate insights into actionable improvements
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving business environment
  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members

What We Offer:
  • Full benefits starting Day 1: Medical, Dental, and Vision
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Unlimited Flex Time Off plus 10 company-paid holidays
  • Professional development programs, tuition assistance, and quarterly book program
  • Free wellness coaching and pet insurance
  • Home office equipment stipend
  • Employee resource groups and exclusive employee discounts

What makes working at OEC awesome? It varies from employee to employee. For some, it's the flexibility - whether it's remote work or a hybrid or in-person role, OEC takes our teams across multiple time zones and international communities. For others, it's the strong sense of camaraderie and community that celebrates both individuals and team-driven contributions. Or it could be the empowerment and how the team is encouraged to take risks, learn, and grow within a dynamic and supportive environment. But no matter what gets us out of bed in the morning, our whole global community is inspired to be forward thinking and drive innovative solutions for the automotive parts and repair industry.
