Asuccessful Inside Sales Representative is detail-driven, proactive, andexecution-focused. They anticipate issues before they impact the customer,communicate clearly across teams, and consistently deliver a high level ofoperational excellence that enables the Sales director to focus on strategicgrowth. The Inside Sales Representativeis responsible for driving incremental aftermarket revenue through proactivecustomer engagement, cross-selling, and digital sales support.
Sales AnalystActivity
Collaborate with manager and implement defined customer-specific strategy
Proactively support promotional programs, pricing initiatives, and product launches working with all relevant Hella departments
Support cost, pricing, and promotional uploads to respective customer, buying groups or external sales rep systems.
Support External Rep Agents to develop growth opportunities
Assist with general administrative tasks related to sales operations, such as preparing documents, managing correspondence, and maintaining databases
Coordinate with various departments, including marketing, outside sales, customer service and logistics, to ensure smooth operations and timely fulfillment of orders.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement and sales growth.
Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues related to orders, pricing, and delivery including shortages and claims.
Provide fast escalation of customer topics through the Hella organization
Connect Hella marketing & customer to create & execute marketing activities
Work with GBS on resolving Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Issues with customers
Facilitate new customer set ups including paperwork

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of experience in automotive aftermarket sales, aftermarket sales degree or customer support
Strong knowledge of aftermarket distribution and retail channels
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred); CRM/Salesforce preferred
Strong Excel analytics skills required (Delta certification a plus)
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to influence customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings
Preferred Experience
Experience working with WD, jobber, or national retail accounts
Understanding of SKU rationalization, line reviews, and PIES/ACES data
