Job description

We're a fast-growing B2B SaaS company looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist to execute campaigns that fuel our revenue growth, and customer retention. This role combines demand generation, digital marketing, content creation, and customer campaigns - all with measurable impact on sales and adoption.

This is a hands-on role. You will build, launch, and execute campaigns, not just plan them. This role is not strategic ownership of the entire marketing function. It's focused on quality execution and real impact. We are committed to your career growth - as the company scales, this role can grow into a Senior Specialist or Marketing Manager track depending on performance and leadership capability, as well as the possibility of moves into other teams.

If you have SaaS marketing experience and thrive at running multi-channel programs that drive results, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Run campaigns across email, paid media, social media, content, webinars, and events.
  • Build and schedule email campaigns
  • Manage the lead funnel end-to-end: campaign execution, reporting, conversion optimization, and assist with Sales.
  • Optimize our digital presence including website updates, landing pages, and SEO to increase inbound leads.
  • Create and repurpose content including customer stories (case studies, testimonials, reviews), blog posts, and sales collateral.
  • Assist in development sales enablement materials when needed (slide decks, brochures, RFP's, etc)
  • Partner with Product & Customer Success teams on launches, adoption campaigns, upsell campaigns
  • Manage and update CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Plan events (webinars, tradeshows, customer events), including pre- and post-event campaigns.
  • Manage our digital assets and oversee creation of additional materials
  • Work with vendors to support campaign, creative, and event needs.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or technology marketing (required)
  • Proven track record in marketing campaign execution and content.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • Familiar with SEO, paid media and digital marketing channels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced, scaling software environment.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Experience in a subscription-based SaaS company is strongly preferred
  • Ability to travel 1-3 times per year strongly preferred

What We Offer

We provide a company-paid competitive health and dental benefits package, paid time off, flexible work arrangements including remote, training opportunities, and more.

We pride ourselves on always looking into innovative technologies and practices, and empower every member of our team to push for better solutions.

We believe in open and transparent communication, being agile, and always thinking of the customer. Being open to feedback is a core value, and continually looking for ways to improve how things are done.

Our team also enjoys:

Remote Work

  • Competitive salary and paid time off
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits plan
  • Life and disability and critical illness insurance
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Healthy work-life balance
  • Friendly and supportive culture built on performance and merit
  • Team and social events

Accessibility and Inclusion

As part of our commitment to inclusivity, diversity, equity and accessibility, our goal is a workforce that reflects the communities we serve. We welcome all qualified applicants to apply. We are proud to be in compliance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), 2005 and the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation. We are happy to honour accommodations at any part of the recruitment process and invite you to let us know how to help.
