Job description


In this role, you will impact revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and the overall success of the company by effectively managing and growing key accounts. Your ability to build strong relationships with customers, identify new business opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions will enhance customer satisfaction, strengthen the company's market position, and drive long-term business growth.
You will report directly to our Sales Director and you'll work within the Western territory, on a remote schedule. We are actively considering candidates within the Central (CT), Mountain (MT), and Pacific (PT) times zones.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationships
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth

Qualifications
You Must Have
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
  • Strong knowledge of strategic account management and sales processes to effectively grow business and meet targets
  • Expertise in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite to manage customer data and sales activities efficiently
