Architects Gainsight lifecycle: config, automation, admin, data/API integrations
Experience in professional services, software architecture, or enterprise SaaS
Salesforce dev/integration experience .
Technical areas such as CRM, databases, data integration processes, Salesforce.com, and various SaaS platforms are considered relevant
Leadership experience: team or project leads, technical documentation, best-practice evangelism.
Soft Skills: Strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, ability to manage multiple engagements
Ability to work in a team environment and cross-functionally
