You will work closely with customers to understand their operational challenges and position automation solutions that deliver real, measurable impact.

Location: Remote (across Southern USA)
Employment Type: Full Time
Department: Sales
Training and Travel Requirement: Onboarding for this role requires travel to our Canadian facility. Candidates must be willing and eligible to travel to Canada.
Compensation & Incentives:
  • Competitive base salary paired with a high-impact, performance-driven commission structure
  • Strong earning potential, directly tied to new business development and revenue growth
  • Signing bonus available to support a successful ramp-up period as you build pipeline and close early opportunities
  • Opportunity to build and scale your own territory and book of business in a high-growth U.S. market
  • Compensation model designed to reward initiative, ownership, and long-term growth

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and grow new business opportunities by selling BOS engineering and industrial automation solutions, while identifying best-fit, value-driven solutions for customer processes and production flow.
  • Maintain and strategically expand a list of assigned and target accounts, with a strong focus on developing new relationships and markets.
  • Identify and pursue target companies and industries to support BOS's expansion into new markets.
  • Register and manage Requests for Quotes (RFQs) within the sales database, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation.
  • Review and manage orders, contributing to achieving monthly and annual revenue and margin targets.
  • Work with the VP of Sales and Marketing to develop and execute a sales plan focused on new business growth and market expansion.
  • Develop and execute an annual business plan outlining key industries, accounts, and growth strategies.
  • Conduct sales visits, lead customer discussions, and present technical solutions that align with customer needs and BOS capabilities.
  • Collaborate with engineering and applications teams to develop competitive, technically sound proposals.
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates, forecasting, and pipeline visibility.
  • Lead customer discussions through proposal, negotiation, and final sale closure.
  • Actively contribute to the Sales and Marketing team by sharing insights, strategies, and market feedback.

This posting reflects management's assignment of essential functions; it does not prescribe or restrict the tasks that may be assigned. BOS welcomes applications from people with disabilities. Accommodations are available on request for candidates taking part in all aspects of the selection process.
Your interest in this opportunity is appreciated. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States of America, and able to travel to Canada, as required. Only those applicants selected for an interview will be contacted.

You're comfortable navigating both technical and commercial conversations, asking the right questions, and guiding customers toward solutions that make sense for their operations. You bring a practical, solutions-oriented mindset and are confident working through ambiguity to move opportunities forward.
