NAVA Software solutions is looking for a Digital Architect
Role: Digital Architect
Location: Remote
Duration: 6-12 months
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define architectural vision and roadmap
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.
  • Design end-to-end architecture for applications, platforms, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Define non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, reliability).
  • Lead technical evaluations and platform selection.
  • Provide guidance on microservices, containerization, and DevOps practices.

Primary Skills
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenShift).
  • Cloud Architecture Design: Ability to design scalable, resilient, and cost-optimized architectures.
  • Networking & Connectivity: Understanding of VPC peering, Direct Connect, Route 53, and load balancing.
  • Security & Compliance: Implementing IAM policies, encryption, KMS, and compliance frameworks like HIPAA or GDPR.
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Using tools like Terraform to automate deployments.
  • DevOps Integration: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, and container orchestration EKS/OpenShift.
  • Cloud Migration: Planning and executing lift-and-shift or re-architecting strategies for cloud adoption.
  • Monitoring & Optimization: Using CloudWatch, X-Ray, and Trusted Advisor for performance tuning and cost control.
  • Proficiency in cloud-native architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems.
  • Hands-on with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Ability to mentor teams and lead technical discussions.

Secondary Skills
  • Programming Skills: Python/Java, or Node.j for scripting and automation.
  • Serverless Architecture: Designing with Lambda, API Gateway, Apache Airflow.
